A dog who had been starved for an unknown length of time was finally rescued after concerned neighbors reported the abuse. When the rescue team arrived, they found a heartbreaking scene: a dog so thin and weak that he could barely stand.
His fur had fallen out, and his body showed nothing but skin stretched tightly over bone. Every step was unsteady, and even the wind made him tremble.
