Deaf dog that was stung by thousands of bees was lucky to be saved

 As if getting stung by tens of thousands of bees wasn’t horrible enough, his folks left him at a shelter following the tragedy.

The deaf Pit Bull was covered in life-threatening sores all over his body when he arrived at the shelter. Later, Stinger was given to him by the rescuers.

Because they were unable to treat the dog, they wanted to kill him.

Owner of LuvnPupz Rescue in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan, Carri Shipaila stepped in to help at that time. As soon as she heard about Stinger, she hopped in her car and traveled over an hour to bring him up from the shelter.

When Stinger’s family regretfully declined to accept him, she immediately got to work trying to save his life. His stings, an infection on his skin later treatment for sarcoptic mange, among others.

Unfortunately, he ended up with Pemphigus, an autoimmune condition that would haunt him for the rest of his life.

Due to the exorbitant expenses of his care, he will never be eligible for adoption, but he did find a loving forever home with a foster and will continue to get care and rehabilitation via LuvnPupz.

Stinger has endured abandonment in the shelter ever sincehave traveled far. Now that his agonizing blisters have healed, he is dressed in a gorgeous white coat.

He is such a joyful, loving dog, and he is thriving in his new life in a caring household!
